Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
For redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 6.3.2018, before the respondent no.2, which is stated to be pending.
Learned standing counsel states that respondent no.2 shall decide the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a time bound period.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, along with a copy of earlier representation.
