Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondents no.1 to 3 whereas Sri Prem Shanker Tiwari, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Brajesh Singh, learned counsel, appears for the respondent no.9.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice need not to be issued to the respondents no.4 to 8.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the prayer to issue a mandamus directing the respondent no.1 namely Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad to decide the impleadment application filed by the petitioner dated 31.10.2019, which was filed in the pending revision no.28 of 2013-14.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1/Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad to pass appropriate order on the impleadment application of the petitioner, copy of which is appended as annexure 4 o the writ petition, preferably on the next date i.e. 26.12.2019. If on account of any reason order is not passed on the said date, the respondent no.1 will decide the aforesaid application expeditiously and preferably within three weeks thereafter.
