Heard Sri Vidya Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Manju Thakur, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition be dismissed as infructuous as the property of the petitioner, which was attached under Section 14(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, has already been released.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
