These Criminal Misc. Applications arise out of the same CR being I-C.R No. 9 of 2012 registered with Viramgam Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 498A & 114 IPC. Learned advocate Shri Tushar L. Sheth appearing for the applicant insists for early hearing of the matter. However, as it is not convenient to the learned advocate Shri Chudasama appearing for the respondents no.2 & 3, these matters are fixed for hearing on 29th June 2012.
The Investigating Officer shall remain present with all the papers of investigation on that date.
