Petitioner's claim for grant of promotional pay scale under the ACP scheme has already been recommended by the District Programme Officer to the Director on 4.4.2016 and 17.7.2017. Grievance is that substantial time has expired but a final decision has not been taken.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent her grievance before respondent no.2, annexing all relevant materials in support of her claim, alongwith a copy of this order. Such claim of the petitioner shall be examined by the authority concerned, in light of the recommendation made by the District Programme Officer on 4.4.2016 and 17.7.2017, by passing an appropriate order, within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
