The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No. 3, Gorakhpur to decide Misc. Case No. 4065 of 2018 (Dilip Kumar Pandey Vs. Veena Pandey) filed in Original Complaint case no. 1997 of 2018 (Veena Pandey Vs. Dilip Kumar Pandey) pending before him expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously fixing short dates if there is no other legal impediment.
Both the parties are hereby directed to co-operate the court concerned in deciding the aforesaid matter and no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.
With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of.
