The Petitioner, owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL 16/7201, applied for temporary permit on the route Varkala-Kulathupuzha in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KCT 3839, by Ext.P1. The petitioner prays for issuance of temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL-16/7201 on the route Varkala- Kulathupuzha in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No.KCT 3839. 2. If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No. KCT 3839 is still in existence and no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to issue a temporary permit of four months duration within three weeks from the date of production WPC.27682/2014 : 2 :
