Limited relief sought for in this writ petition is for an early consideration of Ext.P1 application for temporary permit with respect to the route Varkala Junction - Parippally, to vehicle No.KL-5Q 7279, in the place of surrender of the permit of KL-16D 4302.
2. It is for the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application and to take an appropriate decision. Interest of justice will be achieved by directing the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application.
3. Therefore this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and to take an appropriate decision on Ext.P1 application, at the earliest possible, at any rate within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
