By way of the instant application, the applicants have sought for quashment of the summoning order dated 18.12.2018 passed by Special Judge, POCSO Act/VIII Addl.Sessions Judge, Agra as well as the entire proceeding in Complaint Case No.79/2018 (Dharmendra Singh vs. Veekendra and others) under sections 452, 354D, 504, 506 I.P.C. and section 7/8 POCSO Act, PS.
Dauki, district District Agra, pending in the court of the Special Judge, POCSO Act/VIII, Addl.Sessions Judge, Agra.
Learned counsel for the applicants states that this application may be dismissed as withdrawn.
