JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 59
Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 1114 of 2018 Applicant :- Vedram Opposite Party :- Dinesh Kumar Singh, S.D.M. And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Santosh Kumar Yadav
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
By an interim order dated 17 May 2017, the writ Court had suspended the operation of the order dated 7 February 2017. It is relevant to note that the applicant claims to be the highest bidder in an auction proceeding for grant of fishery right on 21 June 2016. The auction proceedings were subsequently cancelled on 7 February 2017. Admittedly no lease or permission to undertake fishery operation was granted in favour of the applicant.
In view thereof, the allegation that the opposite parties are interfering in his alleged right to undertake fishery operations cannot be countenanced.
The petition is dismissed.
Order Date :- 28.2.2018 nethra
