The grievance of the petitioner is that the Case No. 2014054403152 (vedanti and others Vs. Varister and others) under section 229-B U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act is not being decided. He prays that the case be decided within a stipulated period of time in view of the law laid down in 2012 (4) ADJ 13 (Chandra Bali vs. Additional Commissioner and Others).
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No. 2014054403152 may be decided within a period of one year from the presentation of a certified copy of this order. Any application for temporary injunction which might be filed by the petitioner would also be considered within one week from the next date fixed in the case.
The writ petition is disposed of.
