JUDGMENT / ORDER

It has been stated on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that probably the matter has become infructuous however, she is not sure about it.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to file application for recall of this order within two months in case matter still survives.
If such an application is filed it need not be accompanied by any affidavit.
