The Court has been informed that the appellant nos. 1 and 2 Ved Ram and Shree Krishna had died and in this regard, CJM, Badaun has informed this Court vide letter dated 17.1.2019 that he appellant no. 2 Shree Krishna son of Sukhi had died and the CJM Farukkhabad has also submitted his report about the death of appellant no. 1 Ved Ram son of Nirbhay vide letter dated 11.1.2019.
Considering the reports of learned CJMs, the appeal stands abated and file is consigned to record.
Office is directed to return the lower court record to the concerned district.
