List is being revised. Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner to press the present writ petition.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has sought following reliefs :-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities calling for the records and quashing the impugned notice dated 12.03.2007 whereby the petitioner has been directed to be retired on 31.12.2007.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to correct the relevant entries in the petitioner's service record regarding the date of superannuation of the petitioner as per the certificate of age granted by the Chief Medical Officer, Bijnor in pursuance of the order of the respondent dated 19.01.2007."
I have examined the order impugned, pleadings and grounds raised in the writ petition and have perused the records. The writ petition is of the year 2007 and it appears that either writ petition is rendered infructuous due to efflux of time or petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the writ petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
