This is second bail application. The first bail application came to be rejected on 17.04.2020.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
This bail application has been moved to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 310 of 2017, under section 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Loni, District Ghaziabad.
Learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submits that it is not in the public interest to enlarge the applicant on bail.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submission advanced, I find no new ground for grant of bail to the applicant.
Accordingly, the second bail application is rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the aforesaid case and conclude the same expeditiously.
The Registrar General of this Court is directed to send a copy of this order to the learned trial court for compliance.
