Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
Present petition has been filed for a direction to Court below for early disposal of Original Suit No. 71 of 2006 (Rajendra Prasad Vs. Ved Prakash and others) within stipulated period.
Petitioner in present writ petition is O.P. No. 1 in the original suit pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division) Fatehpur and no interim injunction is operating against him Therefore, this Court find no good reason to issue any direction to Civil Judge (Senior Division) Fatehpur as prayed by the petitioner. However it is expected that the Court below shall decide the suit expeditiously.
With the aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of.
