Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Dixit, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anand Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents State.
This Public Interest Litigation has been filed by Ved Prakash Mishra in respect of the irregularity committed by the respondent no.3-U.P. Co-operative Union, Sitapur in purchasing paddy crops.
From perusal of the record, it reveals that no credential of the petitioner has been filed. Furthermore, the petitioner has not annexed any resolution passed by the NGO for filing the instant writ petition.
In the absence of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to interfere under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
