In pursuance of the order dated 2.3.2012 Sri Chattar Singh S.S.I. P.S. Kasganj district Kanshiram Nagar is present in the court. He has filed an affidavit. According to his affidavit the alleged kidnapped girl Jashoda has been recovered, her statement under section 161/164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded and the kidnapped girl has been given in the custody of her father Om Prakash. The action of recovery of the alleged kidnapped girl by the police is appreciated.
The learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted two weeks time to file rejoinder affidavit.
List on 18.4.2012, on that date the I.O. shall not appear in person.
Till then the interim order is extended upto 18.4.2012, on hat date the appellant shall appear in before before the court concerned.
