The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent made a submission that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22860 of 2014, dated 5.9.2014, the State preferred a petition in S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.
ms W.A.No.1664 of 2016 and the same has been posted along with batch of writ appeals in respect of grant of third incentive increment to the teachers.
2.Thus, no further adjudication at this point of time needs to be undertaken in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
