JUDGMENT / ORDER

Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and Decreetal Orders dated made in I.A.No.19 of 2016 and I.A.No.20 of 2016 respectively in R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2012 on the file of the Learned Rent Controller, Coonoor.
The revisions are directed against the orders passed by the learned Rent Controller, which are appealable and the revisions filed by the petitioners without availing the appeal provision, is not maintainable. PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA.J srn
2. Hence, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as non maintainable. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The Registry is directed to return the original impugned orders to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
