Heard Sri Uttam Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the appellant. Sri K.S. Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 6.
Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the learned Writ Court while disposing of the writ petition on 31.03.2016 directed the appellant to make the payment of minimum of the pay scale to the petitioners on their respective posts from the date of the order i.e. 24.07.2002 and consider their case for regularization on their respective posts expeditiously, in accordance with law, under the regularization scheme framed in pursuance of the order dated 16.04.2002 and submitted that in pursuance to the aforesaid order, the appellant University are paying the minimum of pay scale to them and also considering their case for regularization as per the Regulation Scheme framed by the University and on the basis of seniority.
With the aforesaid observation, learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the appeal.
Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
