JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the captioned Writ Petitions, with liberty to take recourse to an appropriate remedy under the Statute.
2. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for.
3. In case, the petitioner takes recourse to an appellate remedy and while considering the appeal, if any, filed, the question of limitation arises, the concerned Authority, will bear in mind, the fact that the petitioner had approached this Court by way of the captioned Writ Petitions. Therefore, the time spent in this Court, between the date of presentation of the Writ Petitions and their disposal will be factored in, while considering the issue of limitation.
4. Resultantly, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. However, there will be no order as to costs.
