V.Baijulal vs Rekha

High Court Of Kerala|04 December, 2014

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, J.
We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This application is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Kollam to expeditiously consider and dispose of an original petition filed in 2009 by the wife, seeking a decree for return of movables, including gold or its value in lieu. As is reported by the learned Judge of the Family Court, the plaintiff wife has filed an interlocutory application seeking impleadment of the husband's father and siblings. That interlocutory application is now posted for objections and hearing. There is no unusual circumstance pointed out for the request of the petitioner husband for an early disposal of the original petition filed by the wife, that too, for relief in relation to goods. We see no ground to issue any direction.
O.P.(F.C) No.547 of 2014 2 The Original Petition is dismissed.
