(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) Learned Advocate Mr.Varun K Patel for the appellant and respondent - Mahesh Jitendra Bhavsar, party-in-person are present before this Court. They place on record of this appeal a settlement arrived at between them whereunder the respondent-workman is to be paid an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- against all his claims. They would settle the two more litigations pending before this Court viz., SCA No.9752 of 2009 and First Appeal No.1220 of 2010.
Registry is, therefore, directed to place the above referred two matters before this Court in the second half today itself after obtaining the orders from the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice to save the respondent from coming to this Court again who comes from Baroda.
