1. Ms.Nisha Thakore, learned A.G.P. tenders affidavit-in-reply dated 24.07.2012 filed by the Deputy Collector, Olpad Prant Surat.
2. Ms.Nisha Thakore, learned A.G.P. has drawn attention of this Court to the document annexed with the said reply and submitted that by virtue of mutation Entry No.632, name of Dahyabhai Kuvarji has been mutated as 'Protected Agriculturist'.

Sanjanwala, learned Senior counsel appearing with Mr.Dilip Kanojiya for the petitioners and Ms.Thakore, learned A.G.P. appearing for the respondents have also drawn attention of this Court to the subsequent entries.
4. In view of the above, respondent No.2 shall file further affidavit-in-reply clarifying that as to on what basis the said entries were made and shall also produce the orders, if any, by way of additional affidavit latest by 17.08.2012.
