ORDER:
This Company Petition is filed for ordering winding up of the respondent for non-payment of the debts due to the petitioner.
At the hearing, the learned counsel for both parties have submitted that the principal amount payable by the respondent to the petitioner has been paid and that the Company Petition may be closed.
