JUDGMENT / ORDER

When this writ petition is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same may be disposed of directing Ext.P7 to be considered. Though repeated chances had been granted to the 3rd respondent to file counter affidavit, no counter affidavit has been filed.
2. Since Ext.P7 is pending consideration of the 3rd respondent, I am satisfied that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the said representation to be considered.
This writ petition is therefore, disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P7 representation submitted by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
