Petitioner has retired as L.T. grade teacher from 'Shri Ram Krishna Vidya Mandir Uchchattar Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Siddgiri Bag, District Varanasi' on 30.6.2015. His grievance is that various service benefits due and payable as well as the entire amount of group insurance has not been paid to him so far. In respect of all such grievance, petitioner has already represented before the District Inspector of Schools, Varanasi but no order is stated to have been passed so far. Thus aggrieved, petitioner is before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the Inspector shall examine the grievance of the petitioner and shall pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law.
Considering the facts and circumstances, notices above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.4 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to respondent nos. 6 & 7. It shall be open for the petitioner to annex all materials in support of his claim together with the certified copy of this order and submit before respondent no. 4 within a period of two weeks from today. If petitioner does so, authority concerned shall pass necessary order, as has been indicated above, within a further period of 4 months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
