1. The present application has been preferred by the applicants permitting them to be brought on record as appellants nos. 1/1 to 1/4 in Second Appeal No. 264/2010 and Civil Application, if any, in the said Second Appeal as heirs and legal representatives of the original appellant-Shri Rameshchandra Mansukhlal Trivedi (now deceased).
2. Though served, nobody appears on behalf of the respondent.

Considering the fact that the present application is within the period of limitation, the present application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to be brought on record of the Second Appeal as well as Civil Application, if any, in the said Second Appeal as appellants nos. 1/1 to 1/4 as heirs and legal representatives of the original appellant-Shri Rameshchandra Mansukhlal Trivedi (now deceased). Rule is made absolute accordingly. No cost.
4. Registry is directed to amend the cause title of the main Second Appeal as well as Civil Application, if any, therein.
