The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of the appeal pending before the Appellate Authority (Land Reforms).

2. I direct the Appellate Authority (Land Reforms), Alappuzha to consider A.A. No. 55/2000 on its file expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders thereon within a period of three months.

3. It is open to the petitioner to apply for adjournment of the suit (O.S. No. 694/2006 - Munsiff Court, North Paravur) till A.A. No. 55/2000 is disposed of.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
