Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the case no. 252 of 2008 (Vasisth Narayan Vs. Dayanand and others) under Section 9-A (2) of U.P. Consolidation and Holdings Act, at earliest possible within specific stipulated period."
It has been stated that an objection under Section 9-A (2) filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2009.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
