This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C., for relaxation of conditions imposed by IV-Metropolitan Magistrate, Bheemunipatnam while granting bail in Crl.MP.No. 2822 of 2013 in Crime No.338 of 2013 of Bheemunipatnam, Visakhapatnam district.

3. There is a specific provision in the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking relaxation of conditions. When there is a specific provision in the Code of Criminal Procedure, the provisions under section 482 Cr.P.C., are not applicable. Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned court by invoking applicable provisions under Criminal Procedure Code.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
