The petitioner had attained the age of superannuation on 31.5.2019.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had approached respondent no.2 by moving separate representations on 6.6.2019.
Only prayer made in the present petition is to issue a direction to respondent no.2 to consider their claim for grant of his retiral dues.
Without expressing any opinion as to the claim of the petitioner the present petition is disposed of with the directions as follows:
Petitioners shall move fresh representation along with certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today to respondent no.2, General Manager, The Kisan Co-operative Sugar Mills Limited Puranpur, District Pilibhit raising all their grievances, the respondent no.2 shall consider the same in accordance with law after getting requisite report from the concerned authority and take a decision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of representations being filed by the petitioner, under due intimation to the petitioner.
