Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not issue to the private-respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bansi, District Siddharthnagar to decide the Original Suit No. 683 of 1991 (Vasdev and Others vs. Deena Nath and Others) within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bansi, District Siddharthnagar to consider and decide the aforesaid suit in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
