Writ Appeal No. 902 of 2014
Judgment: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Mr. C.V. Mohan Reddy, learned Senior counsel appearing f or the 1st respondent-writ petitioner informs the Court that in terms of the order of the learned trial Judge, special classes have been conducted allowing the writ petitioner to participate in the said classes. This fact could not be denied and disputed by the learned counsel for the appellant.
In view of the aforesaid situation, we feel that the appeal has been rendered infructuous. However, we make it clear that the impugned judgment and order should not be treated as a precedent in subsequent cases of this nature.
