JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 17.08.2016 would be considered by the third respondent.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3, this court directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.08.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner.
In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
