1. It is reported that the cause list shows that notice is not received back qua respondent no.4 and any appearance qua respondent no.4 is not filed despite the order dated 09/02/2012.
2. Learned advocate Mr. Vishal Mehta appeared for Mr.A.J.Shastri for respondent no.4. However, he has also clarified that now learned advocate Mr.A.J. Shastri is not appearing in the matter and respondent no.4 is in process to make alternative arrangement for engaging another advocate.
3. Since the direction by the Court under order dated 09/02/2012 is yet not complied with, the petitioner is allowed to effect the direct service of the process qua respondent no.4. For the said purpose, office is directed to issue fresh notice qua respondent no.4 making it returnable on 05/04/2012.
