JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. It is reported that Mr. A.J. Shastri, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.4 is enable to appear on behalf of respondent No.4 as Counsel. Hence, fresh notice to respondent No. 4 returnable on 27.2.2012. Direct service permitted. Over and above, direct service, it would be open for the petitioner to serve respondent No.4 by Registered Post Acknowledgment Due Speed Post.
2. By affidavit dated 10.1.2012, the Under Secretary, Education Department, State of Gujarat - respondent No.1 has averred that the issue involved in the present petition whether candidates possessing B.P.Ed./D.P.Ed./C.P.Ed. Degrees are eligible for appearing in TET (Teachers' Eligibility Test). Respondent No.4 is directed to file an affidavit for the said issue which is pending before it for consideration as per the Affidavit-in-Reply filed by the State of Gujarat. Direct service permitted.
