JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
Pujara, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition as the petitioner has already taken admission in another college/university. Mr. Pujara, learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that the petitioner has paid fees to the respondent university and desirous to file appropriate representation for refund of part of the same. Mr. Pujara further submits that the petitioner intends to make such an endeavor before the respondent university because of the fact that the financial condition of the petitioner is not so sound.
2. Mr.
Soparkar, learned counsel appearing with Mr. Amar Bhatt, learned counsel for the respondent university has no objection if such a representation is made. Learned counsel Mr. Soparkar further states that if such a representation is made, the same shall be considered in accordance with law, sympathetically.
3. In view of above statements, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn with no order as to costs. Direct service is permitted. Notice discharged.
