JUDGMENT / ORDER

Being aggrieved of Exts.P1 to P4 assessment orders passed by the first respondent in respect of the different assessment years, the petitioner has filed Exts.P5 to P8 appeals, along with Exts.P9 to P12 petitions for stay, which are pending consideration before the second respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that, without any regard to the pendency of the above proceedings, the respondents are proceeding with coercive steps, as borne by Exts.P13 and P14 revenue recovery notices, which hence are sought to be intercepted by this Court.

Coercive proceedings pursuant to W.P.(C) No.27385 of 2014 2 Exts.P13 and P14 revenue recovery notices shall be kept in abeyance till such time.
