Heard Mr.N.V.Gandhi, learned advocate for the petitioners and Mr.Pranav S.Dave, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that the Deputy Collector, Barodoli has, by Report dated 25-6-2007 made to the Collector stated therein that recovery of the differential amount of premium does not appear to be justified. It is further submitted that on the basis of the Report of the Deputy Collector, the Collector has moved the proposal dated 12-7-2007 to the State Government in this regard. It is further submitted that as per the affidavit-in-reply filed by the respondents, another proposal has been made by the Collector to the Revenue Department on 8-6-2011 expressing his view that no recovery should be made regarding the differential amount of premium, as per the Audit Report.
Mr.Pranav S.Dave, learned Assistant Government Pleader, submits that the proposals of the Collector are pending consideration before the State Government.
