ORDER These petitions are filed on the ground that the order dated 11.10.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.30920 of 2017 by the learned Single Judge, has been disobeyed.
2. In terms whereof, the respondent was directed to consider the representation of the petitioners within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
3. A counter affidavit is filed by the accused in the Court today. He has tendered an unconditional apology for the delay in complying with the order of the learned Single Judge within the time frame. He has also filed Annexure-R1, the endorsement dated 29.05.2019 indicating the consideration of the representation of the petitioners.
4. The apology is accepted and the delay is condoned.
In view of the compliance of the order of the learned Single Judge, the proceedings are dropped.
