ORDER Both the learned Counsel for the parties fairly and rightly submit that the issue involved in the present case has already been considered and decided by this Court on 6th August, 2019 in the case of Vasanth Rao – vs- Karnataka Information Commission in Writ Petition No.32842/2012 and connected matter. The said submission is placed on record.
2. In view of the above, the present writ petition is also disposed off. The impugned orders passed by respondent No.1 are hereby quashed. The matter is remitted to the 1st respondent for reconsideration afresh after giving an opportunity to both the petitioner and respondent No.2 to file their response, if any and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
3. Both the petitioner and the 2nd respondent are hereby directed to appear before the 1st respondent on 13th December, 2019 with liberty to both the parties to file their response, if any, in accordance with law.
