(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) Pursuant to notice, the corpus is produced before us by respondent No.5-father of the corpus.
2. We have talked to the corpus in chamber and we find that she is presently staying with one Sureshbhai Andabhai with whom she claims to have got married on 25/12/2011. She states that she is living with her husband happily and there is no element of any confinement or detention either by her husband or by any of the private respondents No.1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
3. The corpus stated before us that she had married the petitioner earlier, but then having found that staying together is not possible, they had voluntarily contracted the divorce and, thereafter only she married Sureshbhai. She has no connection or affinity or affection for the petitioner and she does not want to go and stay with him, but she wants to stay with her husband - Sureshbhai.
4. In this fact situation, this petition cannot be entertained. Petition must fail and stands dismissed. Notice discharged.
