(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) None present for the appellants when the matters are called out. Mr.Kanabar is present for respondent No.2.2.2. The appeals are arising out of the orders passed by the Charity Commissioner under section 41-A of the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950. The said orders are not stayed by this Court. Since learned advocate for the appellants is not present, we adjourn these matters to 24.7.2012. However, it will be open for the Charity Commissioner / Assistant Charity Commissioner to proceed further in accordance with law against the trust in order to ensure that the direction given by them earlier is complied with or not.
