JUDGMENT / ORDER

The application is filed by the convict through jail praying for reducing the amount ordered to be deposited and providing two sureties.
Learned APP was asked to see that I.G.(Prisons) attends the Court. I.G.(Prisons) is in attendance and has explained the circumstances in which this order was required to be passed.
It would be in the fitness of things, if those circumstances are filed by way of affidavit.
The matter is adjourned to 18.06.2012.
