In the order dtd.12/09/2012 passed by this Court in the present Criminal Revision Application, at the end of para 9 and before the words Direct Service is permitted , following be added :-
In view of the above, Registry is directed to pay an amount of Rs.2,40,000/-, deposited by the petitioner herein original accused, with interest accrued thereon, if any, to the respondent No.2 herein original complainant by Account Payee Cheque in the name of the respondent No.2 herein named Mr.Ajay Natvarlal Champaneri, at the earliest.
The Note for Speaking to Minutes stands disposed of accordingly.
Registry is directed to issue fresh writ accordingly.
