JUDGMENT / ORDER

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA & THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH (Special Original Jurisdiction) MONDAY, THE TWENTIETH DAY OF OCTOBER TWO THOUSAND AND FOURTEEN PRESENT THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.29200 of 2014 BETWEEN Smt. Vasam Tulasamma.
AND ... PETITIONER Government of Telangana, Rep. by its Principal Secretary, Home Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad and three others.
...RESPONDENTS Counsel for the Petitioner: MS. M. BHAGYASRI Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME (TG) The Court made the following:
ORDER:
Instructions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home are that, as per the endorsement of the Superintendent of Police dated 08.09.2014 on the complaint of petitioner, the Station House Officer, Nalgonda II (Town) Police Station was required to conduct enquiry and take necessary action.
2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that in spite of the endorsement of the Superintendent of Police, no steps are taken by the Station House Officer.
3. Instructions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home further show that after receiving the petitioner’s complaint with the endorsement from the Superintendent of Police, enquiry has been conducted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nalgonda II (Town) Police Station and a detailed report bearing C.No.181/CCC/SI-B2/2014 dated 05.10.2014 is forwarded to the Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda on 05.10.2014.
4. Since the said report is already forwarded to the Superintendent of Police, the allegation of inaction against the Station House Officer, as made in this writ petition, does not any more subsist. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Superintendent of Police and seek appropriate orders in view of the report of the already submitted before him by the third respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
