Varvabhai vs State

The petitioner - original complainant has by way of this Revision challenged acquittal order dated 17.9.2003 passed in Criminal Case No.295 of 1997 by the learned J.M.F.C. Chanasama, Dist. Patan.

Ms.Kruti Shah, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has produced order passed in Criminal Appeal No.1598 of 2003 filed by the State. This Court has dismissed the said Appeal vide an order dated 18.1.2010.

In view of order passed in Criminal Appeal No.1598 of 2003, this Revision Application does not survive. Accordingly, it is disposed of.
