Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By way of present application, applicant is challenging the order dated 29.8.2016 by which the applicant was directed to pay Rs. 700/- to the opposite party no.2 as interim maintenance on every 5th day of the month.
I have perused the order dated 29.8.2016. There is no dispute between the parties and applicant and opposite party no.2 are legally wedded couple and amount so awarded by the A.C.J.M., Court No.10, Fatehpur is very petty, therefore, I found no illegality or perversity in the order dated 29.8.2016.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
